Delivery Time

  1. Once your order is placed, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call you for confirmation. Only after confirmation will your order be processed.

  2. Delivery Timeframes:

    • Karachi: Within 2-3 Days after confirmation.

    • Nationwide: Within 5-7 Days after confirmation.

  3. Delivery Charges:

    • Orders below Rs. 5099 will incur a standard shipping charge of Rs. 200.

    • Orders above Rs. 5099 qualify for Free Delivery.

  4. Average delivery times (after dispatch):

    • Karachi: 2-3 working days.

    • Other major cities: 5-7 working days.

    • Remote areas: May take longer depending on courier service.

  5. Please ensure you are available on your provided contact number for smooth and timely delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation can be done during:

    • The confirmation call

    • SMS or web confirmation via our automated system

Delivery Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5099 across Pakistan.

  • Flat Rate of Rs. 200 for all orders below Rs. 5099.

Track Your Order

  1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
