Return & Exchange Policy — CHENXI Watches

At CHENXI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a clear and transparent Return & Exchange policy to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

7-Day Replacement Warranty

All CHENXI watches are covered by a 7-day replacement warranty starting from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working upon arrival.

  • You received an incorrect model or color.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags, protection films, and accessories intact.

Important Conditions

  1. Report any damage or issue within 6 hours of delivery.

    • A video of unboxing (from seal opening to product inspection) is mandatory for any replacement claim.

    • No claim will be entertained without a complete unboxing video.

  2. Proof of purchase (invoice or tracking number) is required for all claims.

  3. Warranty coverage does not apply in cases of:

    • Physical damage after use

    • Water damage unless specified as waterproof

    • Cosmetic wear and tear

    • Product misused, mishandled, or altered

Exchange Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the Warranty/Claim Form or contact us directly on Instagram: @shop.chenxi.

     

     

  • If the product qualifies for exchange and the original item is out of stock, we will offer a similar model of equal value. Refunds or gift cards will not be issued in such cases.

Note on Product Feel or Aesthetic Issues

Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to:

  • Slight color or shade variations

  • Dim display under sunlight

  • General dissatisfaction with design/look

  • Low sound/display quality due to dust or wear

While we strive to process all claims quickly, please allow 3–5 working days for resolution after receiving the returned product.
